QUALITY & SAFETY SYSTEMS
MAX is proud to have received international and Australian quality and safety management systems certification ISO 9001 and 45001.
In recent times we have added more components and structure to our existing management system as part of continuous improvement.
EPOS, a crane operational system, was the first stage of the improvement program, helping in the provision of quality leadership through effective management and consistent performance to the highest level.
Through EPOS, MAX manages its entire crane and transport operational procedures, which includes providing a quote, taking bookings for cranes and equipment, printing delivery notes and creating invoices—all in one operation.
The installation of quality management system ISO 9001:2015 was the second stage of our continuous improvement process. At the same time, the company gained safety management certification to ISO 45001: 2018.
These two initiatives place MAX in a position for further expansion in our range of services to the sectors we serve, as well as providing a solid management base for existing contracts Australia wide.
All systems are audited by authorised independent parties, demonstrating continuous improvement and adherence to national standards of safety and quality.
